John Barnes
Costa Rica
Pastor John Barnes and his wife, Karry,  have been serving as a missionaries to Costa Rica for many years.  During this period he has planted many churches, opened a bible college and summer camp.  This work has trained many national pastors and missionaries.

Kenya
Regional Ministry Centers represents a new concept in missions from the work of Kenyan Pastors Frances and Lucy Mwaniki.  This approach to missions includes a church, orphanage, feeding center, substance and addiction abuse counseling, AIDS, STD counseling and a Bible Institute. All of the work done through this center is done in the name of Christ and is used as a means to get the Gospel to as many people as possible.

Outreach to Asia Nationals (OTAN)
OTAN exists to serve, train, equip and empower national church workers in Asia to plant evangelistic, disciple-making churches among the different people groups.  More than half the population of our world is inaccessible to America's traditional approach.  OTAN works with national pastors and churches in the limited, restricted and closed countries.

Costa Rica
Sally McWatters Sanders, a 20 year veteran missionary, is the Director of the Lighthouse Children's Home in Costa Rica.  This home offers a permanent home for both boys and girls in difficult situations.  Lighthouse is committed to providing a home and meeting the physical and spiritual needs of the children of Costa Rica. Janet McWatters (Sally's mother) helps with the ministry needs and is a grandmother to the children.   For more information on this ministry -- visit    http://www.lighthousechildren.com/CRlch/costa.htm

Shekinah Home - Manila, Philippines
Shekinah Home is an orphanage located in the city of Manila.  It exists to take children off the streets providing a safe and loving home.  Many children who are rescued through this ministry are adopted and placed with a Christian family in the United States.

Manila, Philippines
Located in the greater Manila area, the Bethany Bible College was founded by Dr. Robert Woosley in 1998 to provide sound Biblical instruction to students from the Philippines and other Asian Countries.  A primary focus of this institution is on building up foreign nationals to return to their home country to advance the gospel.

In addition to supporting individual mission partners, Cielo Vista Church supports the Cooperative Program through the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention. This program supports a wide array of ministries and mission efforts.
